Counting the till by hand takes ten minutes, and you still don't completely trust the number. Worse, a hand count tells you nothing about a note that shouldn't be in the stack.

Drop the pile in and hit start. A hundred notes takes about six seconds. You get a verified count, a dollar total, and anything suspect stops the machine and tells you exactly where it is.

The hopper takes a full stack, so you're not feeding it in handfuls. Load it, press start, and it's done before you've put the drawer away.

Four checks on every single note

Most cheaper counters do one of these. This does all four, on every note that passes through.

Ultraviolet (UV) — reads the security features that only show under UV light.

Magnetic (MG) — checks the magnetic ink genuine notes are printed with.

Infrared (IR) — reads internal patterns that aren't visible at all under normal light.

Double Detection (DD) — catches two notes stuck together, half-notes and chained notes. That one saves you money on honest mistakes, not just deliberate ones.

When a note fails, the machine halts, the display turns red and it beeps. You know which note and where in the stack — not a vague warning after everything's already counted.

Eight modes, three you'll live in

Total Value — the one that matters. Mixed denominations in, dollar total out. No sorting into piles first.

Batch — set it to 50 and it stops at 50, every time. Wage envelopes, bank bags, float drops. It does the splitting for you.

ADD — accumulates across multiple stacks, so you can count a whole day in passes and get one running total.
